Terms of Service

These terms set out the rights and obligations between you and CNV Holdings Company Limited (“CNV”, “we”) when you use Site Connect (formerly CNV Connect) — the web workspace at hub.siteconnect.ai, the Site Connect mobile apps and related services.

1. Accepting these terms

By accessing, signing up for or using the service you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

Site Connect is an operations workspace for teams that work away from a desk: projects, check-in, time clock and attendance, scheduling, forms and checklists, tasks, approvals, team chat, people and HR records, assets and automation, on the web and on iOS and Android. Optional integrations with third-party services are switched on only when an administrator authorizes them.

3. Accounts

Accounts are usually created by your organization. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure, for activity under your account, for giving accurate information, and for telling us or your administrator promptly if you notice unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights; access the service without authorization or disrupt it; upload malware or unlawful, fraudulent or abusive content; send spam or harass other people; or copy, reverse engineer or exploit the service beyond what your plan allows.

5. Your data

Business data that you or your organization enter remains the organization’s property. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Lists can be exported, and the API is available to move records to another system.

6. Intellectual property

The software, source code, interface, brands and documentation of Site Connect belong to CNV or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your plan.

7. Fees

Paid plans are set out in the order or subscription between CNV and your organization. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may pause it for maintenance, upgrades or security. Support is available by raising a ticket inside your workspace or by writing to contact@siteconnect.ai.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and CNV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms or the law are breached. You may stop using the service at any time. When access ends, data is retained and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We will first try to resolve any dispute by negotiation; failing that, it will be settled by the competent court in Vietnam, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
