What counts as a user
A user is an active account that can sign in — on the web, the mobile app, or both. An employee record on its own does not consume a seat, so you can keep the file of somebody who never logs in. Disabling a leaver frees their seat immediately.

Questions about billing
Is the free plan a trial?
No. Up to 3 users get SiteConnect Base free forever, with 3 GB of pooled photo and video storage. There is no card on file, no countdown and no downgrade date.
What happens when we add a fourth user?
From user 4 onward each Base user is $3 a month. Until the company has paid seats, new invitations wait for a free seat. Nothing already in the company is affected.
Can we mix Base and Co-work?
Yes — that is how the plans are meant to be used. Choose how many users are on Site Co-work; everyone else is on Base. Every Co-work user already has everything in Base.
What are the 300 AI minutes?
Each Site Co-work user gets 300 minutes of AI transcription a month on fair use — voice notes and the audio of photos and video turned into text. Recordings are always kept and can be played back, even past the limit.
How is storage counted?
Pooled across the company: 3 GB on Free, 1 GB for each Base user and 5 GB for each Co-work user. Photos, video and attachments all count against the same pool.
Do you charge separately for the mobile app?
No. The app is the product for anyone in the field — a user is a user wherever they sign in.
